What the memo says about lights and ground traces
Halt’s one-page report, officially titled Unexplained Lights, describes two connected sets of observations. The first concerned reports from security police personnel who investigated lights outside the back gate of RAF Woodbridge in the early hours of late December 1980. According to the memo, the witnesses believed they had found a glowing object in the forest. The object was described as metallic and triangular, with coloured lights, before apparently moving away through the trees.
